-Armylists that have been sent in at least 8 days before the event will be checked and the participant will be notified on errors found so he/she will have time to send a corrected list before the deadline.
-If no list is sent in before the event or handed in during check-in the participant wil not score any points during the event.
-The organization reserves the right to alter or remove incorrect elements from the army during the event.
-Participants can always contact the organization for help in constructing an army.
